These Terms describe the rules for using FapLoop. The site contains explicit adult content. Use the contact form for questions about the service or these Terms.

Adults only

You may use FapLoop only if you are at least 18 and have reached the age required to view adult material where you live. Do not use the site where access to this material is prohibited.

Using the site

You may browse public clips and use available account features for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with the site, access another person's account, impersonate anyone, spread malware, or harass others. Access to a clip does not give you permission to republish it elsewhere.

Uploading content

Upload a clip only if every person shown was an adult when it was recorded, consented to its recording and publication, and you own the content or have permission to publish it here. Give accurate information when submitting content and respond to reasonable requests to check age, consent, and publishing rights. Follow the Content Policy.

By submitting a clip, you permit FapLoop to host, store, process, display, and make it available through the site while it remains published. You retain the rights you hold in your content. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions connected to your submission.

Moderation and reports

Content and accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or removed if they breach these Terms, the Content Policy, or applicable law. Use the Report control on a clip or the contact form to flag a problem. Include the exact page URL and the reason for your report.

Copyright and personal rights

If a clip affects your copyright, privacy, or consent rights, send a request through the contact form. Include the clip URL, your connection to the material, and enough information to evaluate the request. Do not send identity documents through the general form unless we provide a secure method.

Availability and changes

Features and content may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or safety. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new effective date.
